Sometimes you don't need somebody to predict your entire future. You need help slowing down, looking at what is actually happening, listening to your own intuition and figuring out what the hell to do next.
Let's Start With What This Actually Is
An intuitive coaching session is a focused spiritual check-in.
You bring me the question, situation or area where you feel stuck, confused, pulled in seventeen different directions, or like you already know the answer but need help hearing yourself clearly.
I use intuition, observation, spiritual insight and the information surrounding your situation to help you look at what's happening from another angle.
Sometimes the message confirms what you already felt.
Sometimes it points out something you haven't considered.
And sometimes the answer is basically: Girl, you know exactly what this is.
The purpose isn't to hand your decisions over to me. I don't want that responsibility, and you shouldn't give anybody that much control over your life anyway.
The purpose is clarity.

What Intuitive Coaching Is NOT
Common sense stays in the room.
I am not a replacement for a doctor, therapist, attorney, accountant, financial advisor or other licensed professional.
I don't diagnose illnesses. I don't tell you to stop taking medication. I don't make legal decisions for you. I don't tell you where to put your retirement money.
And unfortunately, I still do not have tomorrow's winning lottery numbers.
If I ever figure that one out, we may have to revisit this section.
I also don't consider intuitive guidance to be an unchangeable prophecy.
People make choices.
Circumstances change.
Other people have free will.
New information becomes available.
You can receive guidance today and make a completely different decision tomorrow.
That's why I treat intuition as information, not a prison sentence.
You still have to live your life.
How the Session Works
These sessions are currently conducted by email, which means you don't need to coordinate a video call, put on pants or pretend your house is quiet.

How to Prepare
You really don't need to do anything elaborate before your session.
You don't have to meditate for an hour.
You don't need to cleanse your entire house.
You don't need to wait until Mercury stops doing whatever the internet says Mercury is doing this week.
I just need you to think about what you actually want help understanding.
- Have a focus. What situation are we talking about?
- Ask the real question. Not the safe version of the question. The one you actually want answered.
- Be open to information you may not have expected. A useful session doesn't always tell us what we hoped to hear.
- Keep your own judgment. If something doesn't resonate, sit with it. You are allowed to question spiritual guidance.
- Remember that your choices still matter. Guidance gives you information. You decide what happens next.
