Strawberry Moon Ritual

As I was walking through my garden earlier today, I remember thinking, hmmm…it would have been nice to celebrate the Strawberry moon with some of the strawberries I actually grew! But the animals beat me to them! Apparently, they harvested the strawberries right on time as this full moon actually symbolizes the time in which June bearing strawberries (which I grow) are ready to be harvested. It is also the last full moon of spring and the one that will take us into summer.

Full moons give us cleansing energy, newness and renewal energy, and creative energy. We can harness the energy of the moon to make moon water for use in our later rituals and spells.

This strawberry moon that we are experiencing tonight is absolutely beautiful! We want to take time during this strawberry moon to release all the negativity that occupies our lives physically, emotionally, and mentally.

So let’s get started on our Strawberry Moon festivities
The first thing we are going to do is make some moon water.
Supplies we will use:
2 mason jars filled with water
In one Mason jar, I am infusing my water with:
• Mugwort
• Vervain
• Lavender
• Cinnamon
• Rosemary
The other mason jar, I am just filling with plain water.

We are going to sit our masons jars outside to harvest the energy of the moon.

Next, we will prepare our petition to which we will burn to release into the Universe.

Supplies we will use:
Pen & Paper
Candle- Pink, Received or White (or whatever candle you have available)
Lighter

Because full moons have such cleansing energy, we will be releasing things that no longer serve us in our lives! Write out the things you will be releasing and ushering in during this full moon.
Examples of things to release:
• Anger
• Unforgiveness
• Chaos
• Laziness
• Fear
• Anxiety
• Procrastination
• Dead relationships

As a part of cleansing out things that no longer serve us, we also want to bring things to us that will serve our highest good.

Things that we want to usher in:
• Renewed faith
• Mental clarity
• Financial Abundance produced through lucrative and stable business ventures.
• Self Love
• Spiritual protection
• Healthy loving family and friend relationships
• Physical, Mental and Emotional health
• Healthy and steady love from romantic partners
• Renewals in broken relationships

After your petition is written, light your candle. Speak your petition as you place your petition into the burning flame to release your petitions and manifestations into the Universe.

We are released! Thank God for the opportunity to let go of the people and things that no longer serve me and/or my family’s highest good. Thank God for supernatural favor. Thank God for keeping his promise of loving us and providing our wants and needs.

As we stand in our strength and power as given by God, it is done! So be it!
