Refund and Returns Policy

Our store does not offer a refund of services.  All of our products and services are handcrafted upon purchase and the order will be filled and shipped within 72 business hours unless otherwise noted. If you have a problem with a purchase, we will work with our customers in offering a satisfactory solution.

All readings, and minister services are performed on a donation basis only. Because your money is accepted as a donation to our ministry, those services may not be refunded after the service has been rendered.

Please understand that our information is as accurate as we receive it. However, I have to tell you to utilize this information responsibly and within the realms of your own intuition. Readings received should always resonate with you in some form or will soon start to resonate or take forma within your life. We shall not be held liable for any consequences, or lawsuits you incur from readings, information or advice given on our network. Please be aware that your behavior after receiving your reading can alter your outcome.

Our license to perform religious services is granted and governed by the Universal Life Church.

Any intellectual property that comes with your purchase, or that is viewed on this site remains the intellectual property of Black Girl Bruja.  You do not have permission or rights to pass off as [your] original work or redistribute without the written permissions of a Black Girl Bruja representative.

We love our clients, and we hope you love us!  However, with our products being handcrafted, and spiritual in nature, we are unable to refund products.

We understand that at times, customers may not be satisfied with the actual answers from the questions they have asked.  We completely understand, and ask that the client give time for the answer or resolution given to present into their lives.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at leodaisysun@gmail.com to discuss the matter. 

For fresh herbs and plants, a picture of the plants and roots must accompany the request for replacement.

For issues with handcrafted oils, a request for replacement must be accompanied by a picture of the bottle and the seal tape on the top must be visibly intact.

We must admit that our return policy is quite strict, but it is because of the nature of our business and the products being delivered. 

We hope that your enjoyment of our products supercedes any inconveniences caused by our return policies. ✨
